Pharmacy Guild of New Zealand (the Guild) has redesigned a series of tear off pads, designed to educate patients about some common questions in community pharmacy.
“As part of our service offering to members, the Guild aims to provide useful and relevant resources to help improve public knowledge and understanding of community pharmacy,” says Guild Chief Executive, Andrew Gaudin.
The tear off pads address three main questions:
“Patients are often unaware of the time or resources that go into filling a script, so these can help educate them in a friendly manner,” says Mr Gaudin. “The tear off pages easily fit into prescription medicine bags, which patients can read when they get their medicines home.”
The tear off pads will be distributed to Guild members with the November edition of Contact magazine.
