It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

With the silly season just around the corner, pharmacies around the country are being decked out in their Christmas best. Festive displays are popping up, end-of-year functions are being enjoyed, and Christmas uniforms are being donned. To get in the spirit of the season, Pharmacy Today asked pharmacies to share pictures of what they are getting up to this year.

Unichem Hickey’s Pharmacy

The team at Unichem Hickey's Pharmacy in north Auckland got decked out in spiffy black-and-white Christmas attires. Here they are with a display of the Christmas gift baskets offered as prizes to customers.

Clive’s Chemist 

Clive’s Chemist in Wainuiomata had their annual Christmas party recently. Owner Clive Cannons says, “We had a great party day last week – the most successful one ever.”

Chemist Warehouse Silverdale 

Christmas has come early to Chemist Warehouse Silverdale, north Auckland, where the team have decked the halls with Yule-themed balloons.

Unichem Olsen's Pharmacy 

At Unichem Olsen's Pharmacy in Greymouth the staff have been having a very colourful Christmas with their festive shirts.

Sanders Pharmacy

The Sanders Pharmacy whānau gathered for a wonderful evening to celebrate the holiday season and another fantastic year at their pharmacy in Te Awamutu. By all accounts, it was “a night full of laughter, great food and special moments, made even better by the support and presence of partners and loved ones.”

Brown’s Community Pharmacy  

Brown’s Community Pharmacy in Kaitaia have put a big effort into their Christmas display. The pharmacy team have transformed their workplace into a winter wonderland.
