Diversifying pharmacy's leadership

It is impossible to deny that the face of New Zealand's pharmacy sector is changing. When you go into a pharmacy anywhere in the country, you are as likely to be served by a young Indian woman as the traditional white middle-aged man. But if you go higher up the food chain, this diversity begins to disappear. Reporter Jonathan Chilton-Towle asks why this is and whether there is an appetite for more diversity in pharmacy leadership
