Rolling in the deep: How Shannon fell in love with ocean swimming

Not many people ever get to swim in warm, crystal-clear waters surrounded by sea turtles and tropical fish, let alone doing that on their daily lunch break! But until recently, this was just everyday life for Shannon Saunders who was sole community pharmacist in the Cook Islands until the end of last year.
