New Zealand hospital pharmacists honoured their best and brightest at the NZHPA conference Awards dinner on Saturday night

Pharmacists are playing an integral role in the fight to stop the spread of superbugs that are resistant to nearly all antibiotics. 

Hospital pharmacist Sandra Edmondson swapped the comfort of her home and job in Christchurch for a role in the hospital pharmacy in Aitutak in the Cook Islands.
